• Third-Party Service Providers: VOYJING acts solely as an intermediary between you and independent third-party suppliers (including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators, and local logistics coordinators).
• Independent Contractors: All third-party service providers are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or direct agents of VOYJING. VOYJING does not own, manage, or control any third-party supplier or facility.

Bookings, Payments, & Pricing Accuracy

• Booking Confirmation: No travel itinerary, service, or booking is confirmed until VOYJING issues a formal written confirmation and receives the required deposit or full payment as specified in your booking agreement.
• Price Modifications: Quotations provided prior to booking confirmation are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate adjustments, fuel surcharges, or government taxes. Once full payment is secured, prices become fixed, subject only to unforeseen government-imposed levies or taxes.
• Errors & Omissions: While we endeavor to ensure all pricing and itinerary details on voyjing.com and in communications are accurate, VOYJING reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or clerical errors prior to booking confirmation.

Traveler Responsibilities & Entry Documentation

• Passports & Visas: Travelers hold sole responsibility for obtaining and possessing valid travel documentation, including passports (typically requiring at least 6 months of validity prior to departure), visas, transit permits, and entry clearances.
• Administrative Visa Assistance Disclaimer: While VOYJING provides guidance and administrative assistance for visa applications, final decisions regarding visa approvals, entry grants, or delays rest exclusively with foreign government embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities. VOYJING assumes no liability for visa rejections, entry denials, or processing delays.
• Travel & Health Insurance: VOYJING strongly advises all travelers to purchase comprehensive international travel, medical, trip interruption, and cancellation insurance prior to departure.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• Third-Party Failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VOYJING shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, death, property damage, delay, inconvenience, or disruption resulting from the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any third-party supplier or service provider.
• Indirect & Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall VOYJING be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.
• Maximum Liability Cap: VOYJING’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall be strictly limited to the total service fees retained by VOYJING for the specific booking in question.

Force Majeure

VOYJING shall not be liable or deemed in default for any delay, modification, or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God.

• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.

• Wars, civil unrest, terrorism, or military actions.

• Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation system closures.

• Governmental travel advisories, border closures, or visa revocations.

• Non-Medical Provider: Aegis by VOYJING operates exclusively as a specialized travel and logistics coordinator. VOYJING is not a medical facility, hospital, medical practitioner, or healthcare provider.
• No Medical Advice: VOYJING does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment evaluations, or medical recommendations. All medical evaluations, decisions, and procedures are strictly between the client and their chosen accredited healthcare institution or doctor.

Intellectual Property & Website Usage

• Ownership: All content on voyjing.com—including text, software, custom itinerary designs, graphics, branding, and logos—is the property of VOYJING and protected by international intellectual property laws.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, duplicate, or commercially exploit any material on voyjing.com without prior written consent.
